We had a customer who called us saying the reports from our application didn't look quite right, and we couldn't get a good sense of what he was seeing based on his description on the phone, so we asked him to send us a screen shot so we could see what he was seeing.

The customer proceeded to:

(1) Take a cell phone photo of his monitor,

(2) download the photo to his PC,

(3) import the photo into a document,

(4) print the document,

(5) fax it to us.

Much hilarity ensued, and this customer became somewhat legendary among our tech support crew.

P.S. He was right, the report wasn't formatting correctly for specific edge cases. We fixed it.
