Unpopular opinion, Knock-knock jokes are wildly overrated and predictable

I feel like everyone pretends they love them, but honestly, I just find them painfully structured now. When was the last time you actually laughed out loud at a classic knock-knock routine? What style of humor do you guys actually prefer sharing?
