Open an orphanage next to a fertility clinic. The walk-in traffic will be great. You'll sell so many orphans.

I misread orphan as organ and that changed everything so much! šŸ˜‚

Great idea if it weren’t for the fact that there’s a supply shortage of orphans: ā€œĀ there are as many as 36 waiting families for every one child who is placed for adoption.ā€ https://www.americanadoptions.com/pregnant/waiting_adoptive_families Maybe try opening a fertility clinic next to an orphanage?

That's only a baby shortage. This will help sell the big ones.

It'd be difficult to explain why the kid is already 9 years old.

No, the point isn't to pretend they are babies the couple made themselves. Just that being next to a fertility clinic will mean you'll have a lot of people coming by who want kids but can't have them. So they are likely to come in and look around. And if their treatments are failing or are just too expensive, buying from the pre-owned lot may start to look appealing.

Both have gotta be run by the same owner. Don’t actually do anything to help with fertility. Voila.

I did not have "sell orphans" on my Reddit Bingo card today.

Call it adoption or whatever else you want to. But money changes hands.
