Turn off the Internet for one day each week

Everyone takes a day from the Internet. No social media. No streaming. No online news. No shopping. Just be a human being for a day. And yes I realize the irony of where I'm posting this. Just turn the whole entire thing off. We can do it on Sunday when the stock market and all the banks are closed too. Need it for work? You get the day off. Your job will still be there tomorrow. Closed intranets needed for emergency services would of course continue to function, as would standard phone calls. The raging dumpster fire will still be there tomorrow.
