Moving from Windows 10 to Windows 11

I am currently using Windows 10, and want to move everything to my new Windows 11 PC.
Is it possible to simply copy personalization files from one to the other, or do I need to go through the whole process of creating everything new?
I use Firefox as my main browser, and Edge for some things. I use Thunderbird for email. I have a new Windows 11 system which I want to move to.
Where do I find the files containing my personal data, and can I simply copy them from one desktop PC to the other?
My new PC is bigger, quicker, and more responsive in every way, so I am keen to move everything to it as soon as I can. I am far from expert and would appreciate any help or advice I can get. Thank You :-)

You should go buy an Apple computer. I don't think you're cut out for Windows. Just try not to get too lost on your way to the store.
