People using a VPN to get around the OSA, how have you noticed the internet is different now you're on a different country's IP?

When the OSA came in, I immediately started getting prompted for ID on reddit and adult sites, so I set up a proxy through my VPS to get around the blocks. I've noticed a couple of cool benefits of not having a UK IP. First, since I started using proxying through an IP in Finland, Twitch doesn't show ads for me anymore. I used to constantly get ads during streams and when switching channels, but now they're gone completely. Also, I used to use a site called radio.garden that lets you listen to radio stations around the world. At one point, they changed it so users in the UK could only listen to UK stations. I went back to the site a few days ago, and I can listen to stations from around the world again now. The major downside of the OSA for me now is that imgur is blocked for UK users and for users on proxies/VPNs, so I can't access it at all. Have you noticed any benefits or changes since using a VPN or proxy?
