So i got this new razer kraken x lite and the mic does not work in game , in calls nowhere. The STRANGE thing is that im on 7.1 surround sound and it shows the mic is not there BUT when i switch to stereo the mic is working normally but the audio is not there its like they are switching roles or sum istg ong ANDD sometimes when i switch to stereo everything is working like id should be...? And when this is working but after a few days my sound disappears RANDOMLYYYYY omgggg the jacks are in place and every driver is up to date the front jacks are broken so i plugged them in the rear. Also when i plugged them in my laptop they be working fine as wine i have a official splitter and everything, the headphones are new i bought them 2months ago. Someone help. i heard this community is fire and helpful.!
