That’s pretty much a regular kidney transplant. They don’t take the old ones out and they shove the new ones wherever there’s room.

the logistics of this tho. you would need a larger rib cage for the space. and then what about the other supporting mods to keep those kidneys healthy. shouldn't be putting too much stress on the rest of your organs and blood flow.
