Looking for Ancient Hungarian wheat variets?

Hi everyone,
I’m working on a sustainable wheat project in the Netherlands where I am mixing different old and local wheat varieties to create a more resilient and regionally adapted strain. I am particularly interested in Hungarian traditional wheats, which have been adapted to the Carpathian Basin's climate.
I’m looking for varieties like Bánkúti búza or other heritage types. If anyone has seeds, knows farmers who work with these, or can recommend places where I can source such varieties, I would be very grateful for the information. I’m happy to buy or trade seeds.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Look it up on NÖDIK's website, this is the Hungarian agrobiological gene bank and they will be happy to give you a sample.
