No. What you hear is that there has been no credible evidence of widespread voting irregularities and fraud that could alter the outcome of an election.

Most voter validation rules are thinly veiled attempts to make voting more difficult for demographics that are most marginalized in our societies.

There have been many cases of Republican voter fraud. Not widespread, mind you, but many, many individual cases. Usually with dead mothers/mothers-in-law. Not to mention the crazy dude who Fahrenheit 451'd a ballot box.
