Going out to eat was a fairly big deal growing up, and a family favorite was Ponderosa. Did you have a favorite "the family is going out to dinner" place?

My dad used to take me there when he’d come to see me ( divorced). Still remember being in elementary school and ordering a steak. And loved the chicken wings.

What Was Corporate Life Like in 90s America?

I graduated in 1988 and worked finance in a mfg company. It was shirt and tie, pickup basketball games after work, lunch pitch-ins and strip clubs when traveling. Went to a Japanese company in 1992 and we did the morning exercises like in the movies, lots of drinking after work and even more drinking and strip clubs when traveling. My boss and another staff accountant quit/fired for having an affair. In 1995 went to a subsidiary of a fortune 100 company and flew to quarterly meetings where the CEO would scream and throw things when he got upset. Card games and drinking after work and more strip clubs when traveling. Met some really good people, a few assholes and have lots of stories.
