The other account in B isnt a guest account, but I wonder if I could make it guest account. Main issue is the person needs top be able to email from account A and account B like keep things seperate.

yeah the issue is there two diferent domains one they use all the time on tenant A, and the other on tenant b that needs to be a seperate tenant and they want to see them both in outlook desktop. It works fine but trying to avoid the double MFA login one for each account.

I want another tenant management is giving me a hard time about it, I created a CA Policy that blocks a specific group (these users) out of accessing our sharepoint online doesnt seem to work. If you know the sharepoint url its open cause its "everyone except external users" however its strange to because i removed it in the licencing as well and made them exchange only.

I should state my company owns both of these companies. They just want to keep them seperate is the best way to do so is buy another tenant.

For example, with web filtering unless you have **FortiManager** and are pushing policies to all your FortiGates centrally, you have to manually update each firewall every time you make a change. (Unfortunately, my company won’t invest in FortiManager long story.) I guess my main point is that when I look at other solutions like **Zscaler**, their web and application filtering capabilities are on a completely different level compared to FortiGate’s. Honestly, I almost wish I hadn’t seen it it makes FortiGate’s approach feel pretty limited by comparison.

We have thought of that we use fortigate firewalls and while they have served us well for a long time.. there vpn product forticlient with EMS just does not seem to have an always on and always seems to be problomatic.

Any Zscaler folks out there?

dotdickyexe@reddit (OP)

Awesome sounds good, however we have internal recsources application servers and a few other things that end users rely on so we would need to keep our firewalls. We looked into moving to azure or aws for those servers and the cost was just to much. However it does look like I have some options to make things a little easier for the end user no two passwords etc..

This! Thank you I thought I was loosing my mind. So pretty much until we move users to Entra ID people who dont use the VPN need to understand when they change there passwords they need to login to vpn with cached password do a control alt delete and lock and then re-login.. pain the butt but thats what it would be.

When you say "Zscaler for everyone as a replacement for the firewall/VPN" you still have a firewall at your office locations correct you just dont utlize them for VPN anymore? What was the process like moving them from hybird joined to entra joined? If we dont move to somthing like zscarler right away does the end user just end up with two passwords until they are in an office or on a VPN?
