You can also try this policy: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/deployedge/microsoft-edge-browser-policies/scarewareblockerprotectionenabled This feature is what is using the file. It was in preview and disabled in version 139 but was turned on in version 140. This policy worked for us

I have the same issue on my workstation. Windows Error Reporting is also logging an event for it for me: Fault bucket , type 0 Event Name: StoreAgentSearchUpdatePackagesFailure1 Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: Acquisition; P5: Windows.Desktop Something to do with the Windows Store apparently.

If you're not reusing the PSSession then why not just use `Invoke-Command -ComputerName XYZ.domain -ScriptBlock { (get-computerinfo).osuptime }`

Why not? Connect it to dock with a keyboard, mouse and monitor/tv and it's like any other PC. I've used mine to work from home several times.
