As a young kid in the 70's looking to soak up as much info as I possibly could I'd spend a large amount of my time in the city library going through the Encyclopedia Britannica, as well as everything else they had. My school libraries didn't have it, just a 3rd rate encyclopedia.

We just got a ton of these relayed through a bunch of what looks like M365 tenants. What was really disturbing though is that these were properly DKIM signed for paypal.com, used the DKIM key pp-dkim1. Possibly PayPal's DKIM keys have been compromised?

Do you have an Internet facing SSL cert on your on-prem Exchange servers you can use in the "TlsSenderCerrtificateName" field? If so you may try to create it using -TlsSenderCerrtificateName <cert subject name>: > New-InboundConnector -Name "Name Of Your Connector" -Comment "Add your comment here" -ConnectorType OnPremises -TlsSenderCerrtificateName smtp.example.com -CloudServicesMailEnabled $true -Enabled $true Note that RequireTLS defaults to True, so you shouldn't need to include that.

Back in the 90's I met an AF pilot that was traumatized (PTSD and OCD) from a crash in his A-10 aircraft that he ejected from. I never learned about the specific situation, if any civilians on the ground were killed or injured, but he was extremely severely impacted by the OCD, so I'm guessing there were casualties.
