>07-08 lose oil pressure and blow up if you don’t do proper maintenance which is a couple grand if you take it to a shop To be specific, it's the gallery gaskets. OEM are literally like paper, but once you change them there are no issues with oil pressure.

On a side note, what year of the 350z are you getting? Do you know which specific engine it has? You need to watch tons of buying guides on YouTube. Know the car inside and out, and make a list on your phone to tick off different areas when you go to see the car. From my understanding, any 350z pre-2007 (DE and DE Rev-Up engines) have a transmission where certain gears begin to fail and it becomes hard or near impossible to get the car in gear. The newer model (HR engine, 2007-08) uses a slightly different transmission, i believe it is called CD009. Not got much knowledge on auto 350zs though

Can I drive with my check engine light on?

Just as an example, I have a Check Engine Light for an O2 Sensor. It isn't detrimental to the engine. It essentially tells the engine if more or less fuel is needed. I might be using more fuel, or the engine isn't as powerful due to less fuel. I could ignore it for a fairly long time, few months if not more. But I'm getting it fixed soon. How can you check it? Well, you can buy fairly inexpensive OBDII readers, which plug into a port in your car, typically under the steering wheel. You can pair to it with your phone and use an app to read the specific fault code. Or, just take it to a garage. You MUST save for that oil change. You can find something to cut out your life to afford it soon. Whether that's buying certain drinks, snacks, etc. Delaying an oil change will just lead to you have so spend more money down the line. You'll be in an even worse scenario.

Checking your oil is the simplest thing you can do. Look up a youtube video right now. "How to check oil level". Virtually every car is the same, but to make it even easier, you could try put your model into the search too

Need to store a modern car for up to 6 months: outside but on a battery tender, or inside a temperature controlled garage but just with the negative terminal disconnected?

ULPT request: how do I get out of credit card debt the naughty way

I feel like you have a problem with money and need some help. It's great you recovered but I think you could do with some help. To me, having 16 credit cards seems like there is a spending problem. Credit cards are great if you use them correctly. Only using them to buy things when you actually have the money for it.

>Also think of rapists and abusers who are counting the days to get back to torturing the person they want to get after and every day they are punished is an extra day the victim has to suffer. Yeah you're right. Maybe we just shouldn't give them a long sentence at all. Let's say 1 month maximum! The rapists will definitely not still be the same, and will have lost all their thoughts and behaviours. Keeping them in longer will make them grow tendencies they somehow lost??! Sorry absolutely horrible take in my opinion.

What is the absolute most you will pay for a) a pizza in a restaurant b) a pint of lager, bitter or cider in a pub c) a concert ticket?

StaticGrapes@reddit

I don't think I have ever seen a 'real' pizza priced over £16 anywhere honestly. Dominos/Pizza Hut without the deals are ridiculous but that isn't the genuine price really, nor are they proper pizza.

You've just made a complete arse of yourself. You clearly have never visited Glasgow. Every city has its dodgy areas. I don't understand your irrational hate you are spewing. Why are you so negative about this? You clearly have preconceived opinions on Glasgow and Liverpool. I genuinely would like to know why.

How did you find the tempo of older songs? The way Alex sings them is quite off beat and slower. I keep seeing videos and you can hear the crowd struggling to follow along.

Why would I? I genuinely don't think most people would. You would probably get a few weird looks, as you never see that kind of thing. I guess there'd maybe be some older people who would come up and ask you to wear something if you were in the park for example. I read on this thread there apparently is no law against nudity in the UK? So if that is actually true, the police being called wouldn't matter.

>People think it’s a compliment to tell a women she’s got nice tits, hair, ass, face when it’s not asked for Only weirdos actually do this, but they probably think it's a nice thing to give a woman a compliment because men barely ever get compliments out of the blue. It can make a man's day/week if he gets a compliment like that. I reckon they think it's similar for women too. Not trying to spin this or anything, just some possible reasoning for it.

Would you go to the gym/exercise class if you're ill?

StaticGrapes@reddit

Oh, people with auto-immune disorders and such definitely have a reason to worry about getting ill (not just from covid). I'm not saying otherwise. Although they should not have the right to tell people what to do and limit their lives.

There are so many weird people on Reddit who are still obssessed with covid and worrying about it. Treating every illness, even the cold, as if it is the plague and you cannot socialise if slightly ill. Most people know it isn't a big deal.

What happens to people who are ‘stung’ by peado hunters? Don’t want to debate the rights and wrongs, just wondering if you know anyone who has been stung and how it affected their lives?

I'm pretty sure there are have been a few hunters who ended up being paedophiles themselves. They definitely aren't all in it for the sake of stopping predators.
