I really can't see it being theft because these meds are worth so little. They're very commonly prescribed so im leaning more towards the mistake 

I have known vulnerable people to have their medication stolen, unfortunately controlled meds are valuable. I'm sure that risk is what the original comment was referring too. 

I agree, I've worked in healthcare and know how easy it is to mix up and luckily it's nothing life-threatening. I just wanted some other opinions on if this was likely to be a mistake or something sinister. Thank you! 

I prepay so there are no details unfortunately. They usually check my address as well. Honestly, if it was an error, I wish they would just say! I'm just trying to stop my anxious brain making up a story that someone is trying to steal my medication 😂 

Yes but someone would have needed to know I had a prescription waiting (picked up the day after I ordered it), my address and name? I don't want to share what I'm prescribed but it's a very common, boring medicine unless you need it. I'm wondering if it's an error at the pharmacy end and they just don't realise/want to admit?
