How much did it saved you? Currently using the Max20 plan is it realistic this could make me downgrade to the Max5x? Is the quality good enough that it can execute the plan reliably? Is it not making stuff longer and less reliable? Thank you for sharing your experience

Currently on a Macbook Air M1 i bought for University - but started vibecoding in february, even made an app with it (imagine the struggle) and now finally decided to make the hardware fit for the task, so for me anything will be a massive upgrade

Are there actually people here that get real productivity out of models fitting in 32-64GB RAM, or is that just playing around with little genuine usefulness?

Do you use it for codig - similar to how a workflow looks for a person who’s using claude code in cli, you know parallel agents ~100-200k tokens How does it compare to that? Is it getting closed or context is still a big issue?

That is impressive. Would you mind giving a few updates after you used it? Like how it performed in real life tasks what is you experience? I’d really appreciate your insight

Honest question: I play to buy a new macbook pro next year probably m6 pro I wonder with a 48-64gb config what do you guys feel or predict will be possible? Consider how quickly local llms have advanced recently. I know 48-64gb is not ideal but that is my budget.
