Why are so many places in the U.K. so dirty?

Posted by starwars011@reddit | AskUK | View on Reddit | 818 comments

Nail_edit@reddit

I agree, it's not about throwing extra tax money at it, it's the general attitude of people. I moved from NZ 7 years ago and was shocked at the amount of rubbish here.

Many may not have thought about it, but the fact remains that the keystone of the Great Pyramid is simply... missing. Who removed it and why, and, more importantly, what happens if you put it back in place? Am I the only one intrigued by this? FROM: @andtartary2

Apathy and Compliancy. So many people just doing as they are told and following the herd. We need to look to France Spain and even Norway. People have a voice.

Where are you seeing the hate? My daughter in her teens has trans friends who seem to be more accepted than ever and I regularly see confident cross dressing teens in town

Why are so many people's opinions on reddit to just get a divorce, no matter the issue?

Reddit being a social news website as well as a SOCIAL forum, I'm sure it's fine to ask questions. Don't be that 'just Google it' guy.

The profession does not produce them it attracts them. Bullying assholes like to become cops. Megalomaniac assholes become politicians. Psychopathic assholes become care workers or nurses. Sexually deviant assholes become priests and scout leaders. You get the idea.

I take "agreeing with the cycle" to mean 18 years of nurturing and protecting then they can piss off and stand on their own two feet.
