Sometimes it’s better to take action and apologize for it later, not saying this is a great thing to do all the time, but I wouldn’t let people ruin my name or reputation like that, I’m sure just like me, you care about what people you work with think about you, especially your customers/clients

That’s fair, but I’ve heard horror stories of “good” MSP’s and they will milk you for everything, expect you to work after hours and burn people out, just keep looking for another msp, there are ones out there that will be willing to train you, I was blessed with my IT company. I started out green 3 years ago and now I’m a higher level tech teaching the lower level techs skills that I have picked up throughout the years! I hope you find something that works!

Time to look for a new company, this is a nightmare , IT can be extremely fun and rewarding, especially at the low help desk level, just keep searching for a company that actually cares about its image and its employees

In these situations, it’s always good to have a hard drive dock that you can use and plug into another device so you can check the hard drive for local data such as user files and browser data. Sometimes windows updates break the boot partition, leaving the computer stuck in a boot loop. After using the hard drive dock to back up data, that’s when you should reimagine the device
