As someone who likes non sweet fizzy drinks I suggest galvanina organic soft drinks/san pellegrino too, posh soda pop/ flavoured fizzy water/ innocent sparkling water with dash of juice (raspberry or lime) amongst others. Seek and you shall find!

Chinos that aren't rubbish quality but also you won't be crying if you wreck them?

Shit chinos that doesn’t make it past 4 washes. Good price, fit and selection of colors but awful quality unfortunately. M&S takes the win here

People (at least in London) need to stop flashing their fucking headlights to say ”thank you” for letting them pass on a narrow street. It is dangerous and I can’t see afterwards. Risking life and property for a weird obsession to say thank you

Why do UK crisps come with bags within a bag?

Posted by Jompza@reddit | AskUK | View on Reddit | 115 comments

Jompza@reddit (OP)

1. Rest of europe seems to do the same but with a big bag? 2. We have small bags in Scandinavia too for example to eat in the pub and understand that UK concept of lunch is as above when grabbing something from tescos for example but dont get it still why it is like this in the supermarket. Do you make sandwich+crisp+drink and bring it with you to work? Guess that would make sense or is it for kids school meals?

Gonna go out on a limb here but if we (as general society) are so concerned with packaging waste that we ban plastic straws and replace it with paper straws, multiple crisp bags seems like the next low hanging fruit to remove.

We buy a big bag for fredags/lördagsmys (fri/saturday cozy time) then eat a lot for the movies or put it in a big bowl for a party. If u only eat half of it you seal the bag with a plastic clip and they stay fresh!
