Nah, the company will have a bank of property ready to go and its all about cold calling to get them shifted. I don’t particularly value estate agents either but they do a bit more than these guys

Basically advertised as Find a property that wont sell Convince the seller to sell for (example) £100’000 Once they agree, find a buyer to buy for £105’000 You make £5000 for arrangements I see it advertised all the time and theres a company in my city who seem to have all their agents making 10k a month.

Whats that single male doing in those months other than waiting? In a perfect world there would be a home for everybody. Unfortunately we do not live in that world. I think the other commenter replying to you sums it up. I havent had to rely on it, we were in council houses until i was about 7, then they managed to buy a property. Iv been surrounded by poverty as i grew up and i know there people who need it and others who take advantage of it.

For those who need it most id say it does a good job. Priorities are Children, disabled, elderly and in that order. A single, working age man or woman who can work arent going to be a priority over those who cant take care of themselves

Estate agents are the lowest of the low. I see no need for them in the UK. Maybe for properties of a certain size or value, but for the majority of folks they don’t do anything except add a cost.

Our water is safe so it’s not necessary for sanitary reasons but I would also never criticise someone else’s tea ritual. If he needs the kettle to decide its ready then thats between him and the kettle

Kebabs yes but i disagree with the pizza side of things. In Scotland pizza shops aren’t that common so our indians/kebab/chippys also serve pizzas. An english friend found this strange when he visited, only reason i knew it was different down south

We had taken a pram (buggy) on a flight, you take it to gate and goes into a big bag. when we arrived, half the buggy was still in the bag, half outside the bag and the bag was tied tight again. I have no idea what they do with this shit
