Did she make you any funny sack dresses? That was one of the most beautiful pieces she did and I didn’t take care of it. I wish I had.

My mom was born in 45 and I’m also born in 76. She made me a few cabbage patch kids. She sewed all my cheer outfits for tryout week. She would paint the shirts and pair them with shorts she made. She actually sewed a ton of my clothes.

I don’t know. I just looked through my photos again. I’ll go up later and see it. I made a stupid story about it years ago and put Egyptian music with it. It was during the lockdown and I would go up and look at it all the time. I think it would be near the kanan exit then go inland if you were looking on a map. I had read recently that we may have pyramids out here and it made me think of that pyramid hill.

You can see it from the oak park trails. I made a story about it years ago but I can’t find it in my archives. It looks like a pyramid. I wondered if it was.

There is a hill east of simi peak that I joked about being a pyramid. Where are you located?

This looks like a mountain near where I live in Southern California. I looked at it a lot during the pandemic and thought it was a pyramid. Is it possible that some mountains form to look like this?

If you can’t have a gun, a dog is also good. I lived over near the galleria ages ago in a crappy apartment and on Halloween, 2 men started beating on my floor to ceiling windows. All they saw were dog teeth gnashing at the glass and they ran too. She was part rottie but mostly big dumb mutt.

I agree. I just hate that either of us live in a country where we don’t feel safe. I’ve thought of obtaining a gun but it just hasn’t ever happened. I also want to be clear that I’m not anti-gun. My cousin is a woman who lives alone and someone entered her apartment late one night and when they got in she informed them they had a weapon pointed at their head. She said the man tripped over himself trying to get out. She’s also ex military and she would have shot to kill. It sucks she even had to make that choice in that moment. If I lived alone I’d probably have one by now too. You do make some good points. I just, again, hate that you feel that way for just normal stuff like grocery runs and coffee. It’s just so wild that we have fallen this far in America that we really aren’t all that safe going to get some milk.

Okay. I’ll buy that. For what it’s worth, I’m married to a veteran and we don’t keep guns in the home. He taught me how to use my veggie knife for defense. We are the outliers. I understand that. I guess I’ve made it a point to move to a place where I don’t fear for my life in the grocery story but I do fear for my kid’s life when I drop her off at school. As for the Allen massacre, your gun wouldn’t have mattered. In most mass shootings it’s basically a sucker punch in that you wouldn’t have time to pull your weapon out the way those bastards fire. I’m not anti-gun but I am anti-bomb and I don’t think anyone should be allowed a weapon that can kill as many people as a bomb. My dad is also a vet and I found out recently he has two ARs. He is also on full military benefits because he saw some nasty stuff in Vietnam and he has some injuries. He said with the new laws that he wouldn’t be able to get an AR and I guess I don’t understand why he even needs one.

Our government seems to be encouraging gun purchases and you are doing everything your daddy governor tells you too. It’s pathetic you can’t see you’re being manipulated by mass marketing through your own government.

I’m an ammophobe. I guess that also makes me pro-life and your gun ownership makes you pro choice.

Do you really think people don’t have guns in California?

Where are you going that you need to be concerned about what weapon you’re holding?

I’m in another state but I used to live in Dallas. We had a mass shooting where I am now. It’s hard for the town to get over. It really does touch every life and it hurts. I don’t even like to drive by the new building the business moved to. Just seeing the name of the business where the shooting occurred is very hard.

I think it was the evacuation path. I saw it too. I wish I hadn’t.

I’m just so sick of the grift. If it helped you then I hope you make good use of it. Just know that you already have all the answers. You don’t need anyone to tell you how. You just need the belief that you can.

I don’t have a hotter wife than you but you can direct any of these questions to my husband who supports me as a stay at home mom. He seems to have the finance thing figured out and he didn’t listen to a guru. He just went to college on a GI bill and got a degree in a field that pays well. Not really a glam answer but life doesn’t have to be over complicated.
