The point was an hour to London is commutable, Oxford is 30 minutes or so, Warwick 20 minutes, and Birmingham just under an hour. Banbury is most definitely a commuter town. All other points fair enough.

That one's actually on the same street, map location is wrong. All the same, it's the exact same layout and has night storage heating rather than gas central heating. It does have an a conservatory of sorts but not exactly an extension.

Yeah probably, I use the room as an office though, I’d just be making life more difficult getting rid of the desk and buying a bed that won’t get used. I see your point though.
