This is my new 99 mustang gt, does anyone know if this is a stock paint color and if so what is it called? Closest thing I've seen is the bright Atlantic blue but mine seems darker. Sorry about it being dirty just got it and haven't washed it yet

On your door on in the glove box should be a sticker with the paint code. Translate that code and you will have a definitive answer.

You need to look up how to read the codes for that particular model of car and somewhere in those numbers is the paint code to match the paint exactly.
