Onedrive iOS specific issue possibly token timeout?

Hello Environment: M365 Entra Device: iOS (Happens on iPhone and iPad) never on his work laptop. Issue: Onedrive times out, user cannot upload photos from iPad or iPhone to Onedrive. Can still access files, just cant upload files. "Your account has a problem There was an issue signing in. Please re-enter your password in the OneDrive app to fix the issue." If the user logs out, then logs back in, it works. Changing from cellular to WiFi also causes the issue. Not tied to a specific geolocation either. Sometimes it will work for an hour, up to 24 hours but then stops. I've swapped iPads and iPhones. Doesn't matter if Onedrive is installed by an MDM or by the apple ID account itself. I've checked settings within the iPad/iPhone as well, nothing is out of the norm. This has followed iOS 16 .x.x into 17.4.1 There is no CA policy that is unique to this individual or their location. It is like the token is expiring randomly but not completely logging out of app. Ive had one ticket with Microsoft and I thought it was resolved but it keeps coming back. Has anyone else seen this or encountered this?
