Milk vending machines

Our town had outdoor milk vending machines that accepted quarters for cardboard quarts of milk straight from a local dairy. Most of the machines were made of wood panels on the outside that were printed either blue or red. They started disappearing in the 1990s…anyone remember these (or know of any that are still functional)?
