I stupidly miss *buying* music

Currently I have Youtube premium (some people have spotify, etc), which lets me listen to virtually any album that exists, at any time I want. Great - truly. But there was something exciting about saving and getting that CD or even buying the album as mp3s that I kinda miss. Even burning a copy from a friend was exciting. I say stupidly, because CDs were idiotic and obviously designed to easily be scratched or broken so you'd have to get a new one. Also, paying all that money for one or two songs usually. But you'd get the liner notes and pictures and things, and it seemed more tangible. I've since digitized all my CDs and donated them out.
