Is there a decent pillow for shoulderblade and neck pain?

I'm desperate. Can anybody recommend one that actually works and can be bought in the UK?

I recently bought a Panda hybrid pillow, and my neck pain and shoulder tension is much better. They’re quite expensive but worth it.

Hey old comment but was interested if you were still enjoying the hybrid pillow? Side sleeper here who never gets quite the right height and likes the look of them.

I still really like it. I was having a lot of pain before getting the pillow and the pain has virtually all gone now. The pillow is also a nice height so I always feel supported. I’d definitely recommend this pillow. The cover is also really nice as it stays quite cool 😄

Worth the price over the regular one?

I have no regrets about spending the extra on the hybrid pillow, it’s been worth it to wake up pain free 😄

The Sidney Sleep Bamboo Curve Pillow you mentioned could be a great choice for alleviating shoulder blade and neck pain. Additionally, look for pillows specifically designed to provide support in those areas. Consider consulting with a healthcare professional for personalized recommendations.

I got one of these and it definitely helped with neck pain when side sleeping, however I tend to prefer sleeping on my front and it doesn't work well in that position. [https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B09XMM22YZ](https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B09XMM22YZ)

Physio and/or a massage will probably help you more than any pillow can.

I use a Dunelm “front sleeper” pillow even though I’m a back/side sleeper. It’s really flat and keeps my spine at the neck part straight, which stop me getting neck pain. Normal fat pillows bend my neck as they position my head too high when I’m on my side.
