What are your funniest user stories?

This is MSP work. Broke down a laptop by using it in a hazardous environment. Then, we let them borrow a mid range laptop. One of a few that we have for these circumstances (the thing with MSP work it's that we don't do much whole fleet renewals so having a stack of loaners it's harder) . This was a completely new laptop. It came back completely destroyed because she dropped chemical solvent on top of it. SEVERAL TIMES. Over a month. We still keep it as a sort of monument to user stupidity.
