Coworker smokes a lot, should I be worried?

Hi I've just started volunteering 1x a week, somewhere new, and my manager reeks of ciggies every time I *occasionally* speak with her. Like, blimey, she's freshly coated in death every 30mins after her running out for a fag. Every once in a while I feel her hot breath blowing into my eyes when she instructs me ;_; like they'll I'll get teary eyed. Just typing this is making me choke on the inside because I can feel that dreadful smoke. She's really nice and lovable though, so I can't bare to bring it up. Should I be worried I'll be affected by third hand smoking? She does it outside. Indoor working areas smell and feel normal. No one else smokes. It's just like this thick aura bruv x__x
