Wheel would be separate from the rest of the body and yet still needs to get nutrients. You would also need a ton of organs to go inside the wheel to stop it from dying and you basically need 2 organisms at that point. And then you would need to rotate that flesh wheel with some super-specialized muscle made for the purpose of ROTATING RODS (an axle) and at this point in time it can be confirmed as a fact, that anon is gay and wants to twist his dick in an inferior meat wheel organism.
