Anyone currently work for UPT Transportation?

For those who haul fuel for UPT, how is the training? I'm currently a local Flatbed driver for Lowe's (Class A) and honestly, they only pay $19.50hr. There are box truck drivers making more than me. There are NON CDL drivers making more than me.
The fact I am flatbed (touch freight) and have to load/unload using a forklift/moffett and making under $20hr is just god awful.
I've been looking to get my hazmat/tanker endorsement and making a move to fuel hauling because I see it's more lucrative. It has to be paying better than what i'm currently getting.
I love driving flatbed and killing it on the Moffett. It's easy work and my day goes by fast but this pay just isn't going to cut it any longer. I meet all of UPT's requirements except endorsements but I can get those.
A side note, driving local for Lowe's means only operating in a 100 air mile radius. This means, we don't run logs. Paper or ELD. We aren't required to because of such short distances. This means, I have just about zero experience using a ELD. I'm not sure if that will hinder me getting on at UPT at all despite the fact their website claims they offer paid orientation and training.
Just looking for advice. I am one year into truck driving but it's been all local with Lowe's and flatbed. Which means, I don't have much backing experience. Mostly because we don't dock our trailers. There's no reason to. We load from the sides and we have a Moffett hanging on the back.
I DO back but it's nothing incredibly difficult for the most part. Mostly offsets and straight lines. Rarely do I have to do a 90. But I have done it.
Any tips for a rookie driver trying to transition to fuel haul is greatly appreciated!
