Can somebody ELI5 the difference(s) between JavaScript, React, Redux, and Saga?

This feels like a really stupid question, but I'm really struggling. If there are other things that tie in well it'd be good to learn those too.

Not a frontend dev, but... JavaScript = A programming language. React = A frontend framework to make it easier to build complex websites. Redux = A library to store state. I.e. you fetch some data from the backend, and you want to store that data somewhere on the frontend side - preferably in a way where different parts of the code can get at it. Redux saga = Not used it myself, but from what I understand, it is a library that allows Redux to interact with something like a web API when certain events happen.

What's the difference between a framework and a library? Isn't React a library itself?

Frameworks package a bunch of dependencies and features in with react, this way you don’t need to import all of them and try to get them to play nice together. Routing, api endpoints, SSR, error handling, data mutation, optimization etc
