Is Connected for Warmth scheme legit?

Funny that you should ask about this company .I did have "the survey " for wall insulation . When the surveyor had gone ,I had a gut feeling that he (James ) had taken an inordinate number of photographs ,he went everywhere ,into every cupboard ,lifted the carpets ,upstairs ,which I found out by chance ,he had lifted a carpet square and did not replace it properly .He took pictures of the meters ,All windows , opened then locked .checked the gaps under the doors, he even looked inside the light shades. Then ,before he left ,he asked me to sign a very busy contract type letter ,just to prove that he had been ,then to sign again on his ipad. I did phone the company the next day .and asked a customer service person .if I could speak to management ,of course ,he/she was out .I phoned again 5 days later, and again no one was in ,but they would contact me,.Bells now ringing , every square inch of my house ,internal had been photographed . I am not a happy bunny .
