Is Tulsi Gabbard a Christian?

My understanding was she practiced Hinduism, but I am seeing a lot of references to the Christian faith in her posts lately.
I'm Catholic, and open minded to voting for anyone of any religious background but I am curious.
Also, just wanted to say I've appreciated the discourse on this sub and wish you all a happy New Year. :)

Tulsi is a Hindu.
However, Hinduism allows you to have muti-beliefs, you can even be an atheist while being a Hindu. This is the wide variety of philosophies that Hinduism encompasses. This is also the reason why so many people in India celebrate Christmas, even tho most of us are Hindus.

Celebrating Christian had nothing to do with Jesus Christ. Same as worshipping a cow or rock. Open your eyes.

I don't know, but in Hinduism, syncreticism is common, so it's not unheard of for a Hindu to have reverence for Jesus of Nazareth.

Hinduism is open to all prophets and great teachers. It is debatable the most open religions philosophy out there. Worship God wherever you see it. Jiva is Shiva.

You will never be right with the one true God.

She was raised in a multi-faith home. Her dad is Catholic and her mother is Hindu and she was essentially brought up with both religions, but ultimately chose Hinduism as her predominant religion.

Which is very ironic cause Kamala Harris also comes with similar faith background and does not exhibit any faith in Religion, Spirituality, nor Christ.
