Looking for minor roof repairs?

Does anyone have a recommendation for a handyman who is insured to do some minor roof repairs.

I have a few pieces of siding that came loose from the chimney in the recent wind and want them reattached. Not really what I would think of for a roofing contractor but the few handymen I have called don't do roofs.

Any thoughts or recommendations?

I’m in a similar situation — we just have a very small section of shingles that I need to get replaced. I’ve had roofers come out. They walk me through what would be involved to get the whole roof replaced. I say I will start looking into that process, but for now I just want to get these missing shingles replaced quickly to avoid leaks. Then I don’t hear from them again.

Were you able to find someone to do the repairs at a reasonable cost? Any guidance is appreciated.

Kangaroo Contractors did it for us. Cost was reasonable and they did a really good job.

We used them before for this exact repair. They also did repairs after the hailstorm last May (roof, gutters, screens, fence)
