I've been running the 40 branch for a month or so with Plasma 6, it's been great and very stable for me. Excited for the full release.

Same, although the Atomic variants (silverblue and Kinoite). Beta testing is a good use for them imo if something too bad breaks I can just rebase to 39 or whatever.

Nice, I was thinking to update to the 40 branch, but I will wait for the full release. I'm so excited about the new gnome 46 :)

If anyone has mouse lock issues with AMD GPUs + KDE running Proton Games etc with native Steam, GameScope fixes it. > gamescope -W 1920 -H 1080 -r 120 --force-grab-cursor --adaptive-sync -f -- %command% you will need to adjust it to your needs https://github.com/ValveSoftware/gamescope

Note: while the article suggests that Plasma 6 is Wayland only in Fedora 40, the Xorg session is still available in the repos. It's just that the Xorg session is not supported by the KDE SIG, is not installed by default, and is removed when upgrading from Fedora 39 to 40.
