What tactics do you use to stop procrastination at the weekends?

I work a 5 day week, full of plans for the weekends, but come that time, I don't do half the things I want to, spend far too much time on social media mostly. I'm starting to feel that my brain is social media as a substitute for real human contact. Ironic that I'm posting this here. What tactics do you use to minimise this?
