You have to manually turn on internal comfort mode. Press 2 squares on steering wheel 2x quickly then turn it on

It's a two function system that makes sure your batteries don't drain dead without having to constantly idle the truck, thereby saving fuel.

Read the manual or watch a video on it. The temp turned to the middle is around 72 degrees iirc. If you have it on either extreme, the system will try to reach that temp, maintain, fail and then turn off.
