TV Licensing question

Given that the Euros are underway, and Wimbledon and the Olympics are just around the corner, I have a question regarding the use of mobile devices to watch TV outside my own property. I have a full TV Licence for my house, which includes the following small print: > What does your licence allow? > The licence allows installation and use of TV equipment: > • at the licensed place by anyone. > • in a vehicle, boat or caravan by: > o You and anyone who normally lives with You at the licensed place (so long as TV equipment is not being used in a non-touring caravan and at the licensed place at the same time). > o anyone, who normally works at the licensed place (so long as the vehicle, boat or caravan is being used for a business purpose). > Use of TV equipment powered by internal batteries anywhere: > • by You and anyone who normally lives with You at the licensed place. Does the final clause extend to portable computer devices (i.e. phones and laptops) used outside my house that access live TV services through either mobile data or through a wireless network? So for example, if I connected my phone to a public wi-fi service and watched a game live through the iPlayer website, would that be compliant with the licensing regulations (assuming that it's not connected to mains power)?
