Collin County jail housing at Lasalle

This is a pretty niche question, but has anyone known someone in custody of the Collin County Detention Center that was moved to housing at Lasalle? According to the jail employee it is located in Haskell. She was less than helpful at that point. I'm wondering if I need to set up yet another phone system to receive calls as I haven't gotten one since the person was moved. I can't find useful information on the company website. He is still technically under Collin County's authority. I know this is not technically a Dallas question, but the crimes took place in Dallas (city not county).
