I was assaulted by group of Russians in Cockatoo

I was dancing on a podium at Cokatoo nightclub in Cowboy with some "friends", when my friends got down, I didn't notice and I stayed up there dancing (I love ladyboys!).

Four Russians, two men and two women then got up there, there was barely room for them but I thought the more the merrier. But they all sort of made it their own podium and I was practically squished onto the rail and couldn't move.

I wrote on Google translate telling them that they are squishing me and I couldn't move, and they just turned their backs to me and did it even more. Then I heard them all huddle together and next thing I knew, the men had their backs to me whilst the women started pushing them as hard as they could into me, my whole body leaning over the rail. Basically disguising that they were pushing me off by having the men facing the other way. Then the women wrapped their arms around the men and pushed my kneck and torso to flip me over the railing and I fell about 8-10 feet.

As I was getting up, confused as to wtf just happened, I was greeted with one of the Russian women on the podium's shoe, to my face... Luckily it was a sandal and not a high-heel, otherwise I probably would have a permanent head injury. She then shouted some stuff at me in Russian and they all left. These people must've been at least 8.

I don't understand why people could be like this, I was just "dancing" and having a good time, I am a "hugger" not a fighter, and to me Thailand is the land of smiles! :( It feels like there is no real recourse for this stuff and people just chop it up as 'cultural' differences... I have never had an intimidating encounter with anyone in Thailand before this. :(
