Just because they're young, dumb, and horny cartoon characters, it doesn't mean they're gonna go and canonically recreate all of the creepy, poorly drawn slash fan fiction Internet weirdos crapped out into the ether.
It's just not in their character, and the closest anyone is going to get to that is the episode they accidentally got married, and even then they were just too stupid to realize it, and nothing (too) gay happened.

Beavis and Butthead logic is convoluted, yes, but keep in mind Beavis also once openly admitted to being willing to score with a dog, if it was sexy enough.
Honestly, I think the boys are just so stupid and so desperate to score with chicks, they'd do literally anything to make it happen, up to and including doing sexual stuff with dudes/animals/inanimate objects, but again, they're only attracted to and seek out women, but would be willing to begrudgingly score with a dude (or maybe a dog, in Beavis' case) in order to enthusiastically score with a chick.
We all know they'll never score, though, so it's a moot point 😅

Tbh, I think they see each other more as “idiot asshole siblings” than friends/lovers or whatever other form of relationship y’all headcanon them having (even if they aren’t biologically related). Heck, they themselves don’t even know they have different dads. For all they know, they could share the same dad.
Would you wanna “score” with the guy who always hangs around your house and constantly annoys and beats the crap out of you and may or may not be biologically related to you? Neither would they, hence why they don’t “do it” with themselves. That and a plethora of reasons, including the fact that they aren’t gay.

Uhh… they’re kinda known for being sexist and without ever outright saying any slurs you can pretty much assume them to be homophobic.
