How many of you "got your bell rung" in sports and later in life had to deal with unreasonable amounts of rage and anger?

My childhood was soaked in trauma, so that's what it generally gets blamed on. However, I felt like a little bit of me changed after each time honestly.
For reference, I actually had a diagnosed concussion in the 90's which was not very usual.
