OneDrive and Exchange online quotas

Are many of you implement quotas on onedrive and EXO? Our users seem to be making the most of 100gb mail boxes, unlimited email archive, and 1tb one drive. Backups of our M365 data are now getting rather large. Just wondering if it would be crazy to go back to the good old days of quotas. If you have implemented quotas in the cloud, what size did you end up going for? Any major issues from your user base after limiting exchange online/onedrive storage?
