People who've been to South Korea, how was Korean people's overall spatial awareness compared to Brits'?

I'm moving from South Korea to the UK soon. I've seen A LOT of westerners on the internet complaining about how horrible Koreans' spatial awareness is, especially when walking on the street. Like getting in people's way and never moving out until they bump into each other, zig-zagging, blocking other people's way, etc. Since I am moving to the UK, I thought I'd maybe directly ask Brits who have been to Korea to hear about their thoughts and get some advice. How overblown/true are those complaints about Koreans' spatial awareness? If they are largely true, what can I do to avoid dumb mistakes in the UK and quickly get accustomed to the UK street etiquette? Thanks!
