Can anyone suggest the best driving school in Milton Keynes? I know driving but wanted to refresh everything before taking the test.

driveJohnson's is your best bet. They have loads of manual and automatic instructors: www.driveJohnsons.co.uk

My mum picked the founder 20 year ago roughly to teach her and he was very money focused and always late. I doubt at the School would be much better

Travis School of Motoring - every time.
I did the same, older driver drivenin other country before but needed to learn UK roads. James was brilliant.

He’s on YouTube and has lots of great videos https://m.youtube.com/@JamesTravis
Also gives you a chance to get a sense of what he’s like as a teacher. (He’s very good)

If you know driving why do you want to know the best driving school? Just go with DriveJohnson, as they have the most instructors and will therefore have the best availability. I passed my second test with them after not having a professional instructor for my first.

I would say just be careful with Drive Johnson driving instructors. I have had two of them and they were demanding over £100 to “book me a test”
Notagelding@reddit
I had already booked my test prior to contacting DriveJohnson and the instructor charged me the usual hourly rate.

Why because, I don't want to fail. Alright. So, how many hours you went through drive Johnson's?
Notagelding@reddit
I had about 6. When you phone to book they'll ask you how much experience you have and then allocate you an instructor for the time that you request. I recall that the instructor that I was given then booked my other lessons around the other lessons that he'd already booked (which was find by me) and then made sure that he was available for my test time and date. Other instructors with them may do it differently.

Was it manual or automatic?
