Cajun salmon and cheesy broccoli. About $20 for a week's worth of lunch/dinner. Fuck truck stops.

The salmon I broiled in the oven at home. Packed it up with a bag of frozen broccoli and reheat in the microwave in the truck. I try to keep it healthy, cheap, and minimal effort.

Just the oem fridge but I keep it at the coldest setting so everything stays borderline frozen. Lol, tha hard part is only eating the portioned amount. I could easily eat an entire weeks worth of salmon in one sitting. Shits delicious.
