Ladies and Gentlemen, Aperture Aviation!
To sum it up…👇
Pros:
- Great people, great culture, no pressure to fly, no micro-managing
- QOL is top-notch: 8/6 schedule, home-based, generous per diem
- Almost $70k base + per diem flying a C206
Overall, as far as I’m aware, it’s hard to beat. But I’m just starting the case study thing on the newsletter, so I might be mistaken.
(Big) Con:
- Slow hours.
Yeah, compared to other survey ops, it’s not a fast time-building gig, with good months averaging 50-60 hours and slow ones 15-25 hours.
And all they require is a 500-hour CFII.
So yeah. Want one of the best low time jobs out there?
Get your CFI.
