I've been browsing recipes online all evening, but am curious what your "OMG you really MUST try this, it's amazing" recommendations are?

I don't know what it's called but my wife found this chicken pasta one and it's just ridiculous. It goes a little something like this Fry your diced chicken. Boil your penne pasta Mix it together when cooked with a full cream or maybe half a full cream rub. Add some diced chorizo Some spices(can't remember what) Cut up some sun-dried tomatoes And something else I'll edit this once my wife's home from work and she gives me the actual ingredients.

Sorry hahaha 3 chicken breasts Diced up and fry on the pan. I use butter as my frying lubricant. Penne pasta Once Chicken is cooked or is nearly cooked. I add 3 sundried tomatoes (cut them up however big or small you want) I usually cut them as fine as possible. Add Diced chorizo to the pan. Add 3 tea spoonfulls of crushed chillies 3 tea spoonfuls of garlic pepper 2 tea spoonfuls of cajun seasoning Then add 300 mls of double cream. Add the pasta to the pan and let it simmer whilst stirring until the cream almost evaporates. Add some parmasan an still before serving
